Mindful Sitting Group - Online

Our fortnightly practice group is open to anyone who has completed an 8-week mindfulness course (e.g. MBCT, MSR, MBCP or equivalent) and has an established mindfulness practice. We meet for 90 minutes each fortnight, incorporating guided and silent practice as well as time for reflection and discussion.  The sessions are on the second Wednesday and last Friday of each month Online via Zoom.

Retreat Day - Mindfulness and Self-Compassion

The Retreat New Forest

A day retreat open to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course. This retreat explores the links between Mindfulness and Self-Compassion through extended mindfulness practice, alternating sitting and lying down practices with exploration of the body in movement. Escape, connect and deepen your mindfulness practice with a small group in the beautiful New Forest.

8-Week Mindfulness Courses

A wonderful and immersive introduction to the principles and practices of Mindfulness, taught in a small group in the New Forest or online.  The course is taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers who support everyone through the process of becoming more aware of the present moment, and of our own thoughts and feelings and how to cope better with stress and anxiety.
