Mindful Sitting Group - Online

Our regular practice group is open to anyone who has completed an 8-week mindfulness course (e.g. MBCT, MSR, MBCP or equivalent) and has an established mindfulness practice. We meet for 90 minutes, incorporating guided and silent practice as well as time for reflection and discussion.

 

The sessions are usually take place on Fridays. Some are in person and others are online via Zoom. This one is online.

Retreat Day - Mindfulness: Living with Intentionality

Venue: Tiptoe, New Forest

A day retreat open to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course and has an ongoing mindfulness practice. This nourishing day explores how to live mindfully, balancing our need for growth and change with self-acceptance. We will explore this theme through extended mindfulness practice, alternating sitting and lying down practices with exploration of the body in movement. Escape from everyday busyness, connect with your true self and deepen your mindfulness practice with a small group in a beautiful setting, in the heart of the New Forest.
