8-Week Mindfulness Course

A wonderful and immersive introduction to the principles and practices of Mindfulness, taught in a small group in the New Forest. The course is taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers who support everyone through the process of becoming more aware of the present moment, and of our own thoughts and feelings and how to cope better with stress and anxiety. 

Mindful Sitting Group - Face to Face

Our monthly sitting group is open to anyone who has completed an MBCT or equivalent, or has an established meditation practice. We sit for 90 minutes each month, incorporating guided and silent practice as well as time for reflection and discussion.  The session on the first Friday of each month runs face2face in the New Forest.

Retreat Day - Mindfulness and Self-Compassion

A day retreat open to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course. This retreat explores the links between Mindfulness and Creativity through a combination of mindfulness practices and informal writing exercises. Escape, connect and deepen your mindfulness practice with a small group in the beautiful New Forest.
