Our weekly sitting group is open to anyone who has completed an MBCT or equivalent, or has an established meditation practice. We sit for 90 minutes each week, incorporating guided and silent practice as well as time for reflection and discussion.
A first introduction to the principles of mindfulness, Dr Maret Dymond-Basset leads this 90 minute session which includes short mindfulness practices and presentations of the values and value of mindfulness.
A wonderful and immersive introduction to the principles and practices of Mindfulness, taught in a small group via Zoom. The course is taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers who support everyone through the process of becoming more aware of the present moment, and of our own thoughts and feelings and how to cope better with stress and anxiety.
Advanced course focusing on self-compassion and deepening our mindful practice. If you have completed an 8-week MBCT, MBSR or a similar course. Our next advanced course begins in September and will take place over six sessions in our New Forest Centre in Brockenhurst.
