Retreat Day - Mindfulness: Living with Intentionality

Sat 30th April 2022

The Retreat New Forest

A day retreat open to anyone who has completed an 8 week mindfulness course. This nourishing day explores how to live mindfully, balancing our need for growth and change with self-acceptance. We will explore this theme through extended mindfulness practice, alternating sitting and lying down practices with exploration of the body in movement. Escape from everyday busyness, connect with your true self and deepen your mindfulness practice with a small group in a treehouse setting, next to a warm fire in the beautiful New Forest.
