Sitting Group - Theme Mindfulness & Attention

Our monthly sitting group, suitable for those who have completed an 8-week MBCT/MBSR course or similar. We have a practice led by Maret Dymond-Basset or a guest teacher on a set theme, followed by discussion, support and silent practice.  This months theme is attention - the floodlight.

Mindfulness Workshop & Lunch @Chewton Glen Hotel

Join us for a morning workshop in the luxurious surrounds of Chewton Glen Hotel, providing an introduction to the theory and practice of mindfulness for those newer to the subject, as well as a deepening of understanding and practice for those already experienced, enabling you to move forward from the workshop with new skills that you can apply in your everyday lives.

The workshop will be followed by a delicious and nutritious lunch and mindful eating practice.
