Who We Help

We can work with children and adults from all kinds of backgrounds with varying degrees of difficulty and or life challenges, including:

  • Depression  / low mood

  • Stress

  • Relationship Difficulties

  • Anxiety including Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Trauma, complex trauma and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Life Transitions such as becoming a parent/grandparent or retiring from work

  • Difficulties with self-esteem and/or self-confidence

  • Sexual, physical and/or emotional abuse

  • Professional/career issues

  • School/College/University challenges

  • Medical and health conditions

  • Chronic Pain 

  • Emotional dysregulation

  • Problematic coping strategies like self-harm

 

We also can work with, and/or refer people to, other services in order to support them to get the most appropriate and effective help for their particular needs.
