About Us 

The New Forest Mindfulness Centre was founded by Dr Maret Dymond-Basset, Clinical Psychologist and mindfulness trainer and teacher (The University of Oxford). Maret and her team are all highly qualified and experienced mindfulness teachers and mental health practitioners including child psychologists, doctors and therapists. Acceptance, trust, patience and a non-judging attitude are at the heart of all we do ​
