Mindfulness - Online Taster Sessions
During these unprecedented, difficult times, we want to help as many people access Mindfulness as possible. To that end, we are offering a number of our Mindfulness Taster Sessions 'free' online via zoom.
These sessions are live. If you are interested in attending, please fill in the form and we will send you a link to join us on zoom.
A great way to find out more if you thinking about joining us on an eight week course, but not quite ready to take the plunge.

Mindfulness practice, discussion and theory/science led by our highly trained and experienced teachers

During the session you will learn what underpins the practice of mindfulness - as we explore how we enhance our awareness of all the senses, becoming less caught up with the past, and worried about the future.
We will discover more about how to foster a non-judgemental and compassionate attitude toward our experience. You teacher will also do a bit mindful 'myth-busting' as we discuss some of the misconceptions there are around mindfulness practice - such as it being all about 'getting rid' of thoughts or always being relaxed.
As well as discussion, we also undertake a number of short group practices which aim to demystify meditation and give a real taste of the benefits that Mindfulness can bring.
Currently, we are running our taster sessions online, via Zoom. Full instructions on how to join our online group will be sent to you when you book. We are always happy to arrange private tasters, either with you as an individual, or for your business, school, group or other organisation.
